Describe your greatest accomplishment.
Defining the approach and gaining approval for $170M investment over 5 years to replace the legacy hardcoded Claims Adjudication Engine at CareFirst with dynamic configurable new technology which would enable the company to move to be a wellness partner.
What tools do you use?
Information Technology investments especially modernization initiatives in large organization can take many years to yield value. Robotic Process Automation is a key first component in these programs which offers early return on investment and a self-funding approach.
What are you working on right now?
Enabling organizations to understand the opportunity and path to digital transformation.
What are your long-term goals?
Partner with Healthcare, Hotel and Hospitality, Airline and Federal and State Government organizations on their Legacy System Modernization, Strategic Change Management and Emerging Technology and Big data initiatives .
